Information You Submit
Partner Search Entries
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. Kiowa County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s privacy rules govern its handling of the query.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we keep the supplied information as needed to read and answer it. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

- The referring website, when available
- Date and time stamps
Cookies
Cookies help measure how visitors move through the site and support some site functions. A browser can reject or remove cookies through its settings. Blocking them may cause certain tools or preferences to work differently.

Other Sites and Services
Links may lead to Kiowa County offices, ODOC, release-record portals, federal resources, or independent search tools. Once a visitor leaves this site, the destination’s privacy notice and data practices apply.
Some advertising companies may use their own systems to recognize activity across different websites and choose interest-based ads. That tracking occurs through the advertising company’s technology, not through records hosted by this site.

We use standard measures intended to protect information in our control. No website, network, or internet transmission is entirely secure, however. We cannot promise that a breach, loss, or unauthorized access will never occur.
