Hobart Work Center Status
Historical state directories place an Oklahoma Department of Corrections community work center at 311 S. Washington in Hobart. Current ODOC materials identify five community corrections centers, and Hobart is not among them. The current list names Clara Waters, Enid, Lawton, Northeast Oklahoma, and Union City. That conflict must be resolved in favor of the current agency list when describing present operations. The Hobart Community Work Center is therefore a former facility and a historical records subject.
A stale directory entry does not prove that someone is now held there or recently left there. It may still help identify an older ODOC custody segment. A person formerly assigned to Hobart could later have moved to another state facility, entered parole or another type of community supervision, or completed the state sentence. ODOC's record is the source for those later events. Kiowa County Jail records apply only if a separate local booking occurred.
Confirm Hobart Center Discharge
Start with ODOC because the center was a state corrections placement, not a county jail. The live search can connect a DOC number or matched identity with an abbreviated state record. It may also expose an offense, projected release date, or photo as ODOC policy permits. Those fields do not by themselves certify the exact date a person left the Hobart placement or completed all supervision.

Hobart Release Date Records
A projected release date is not an actual discharge. Oklahoma's Pardon and Parole Board defines PRD as ODOC's estimate of when prison release may occur. Credits, program work, conduct, restricted-credit rules, sentence administration, and court action can move it. The Board does not calculate the date. A parole eligibility date and a parole docket date answer still different questions.

The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board handles parole consideration, not day-to-day supervision. A Board docket proves that a proceeding was scheduled. A result records Board action. Neither, standing alone, proves the date a person physically left state custody or completed the sentence.

The court order does not replace ODOC's placement and discharge record.

Always keep jurisdiction beside the case number. A similarly named person or a Kansas Kiowa result is not evidence about this Oklahoma ODOC history.
Former Hobart Center Context
Community corrections is part of the state system. It should not be described as a county pretrial jail or a source of local 24-hour and 72-hour releases. Historical residence at the work center may have been one stage in a longer ODOC sentence. The next event could have been transfer to another facility, release to parole or another supervised status, or eventual discharge.
Current ODOC information excludes Hobart from its five listed community corrections centers. That absence is the basis for the former label. It does not erase old placements or records, and it does not identify a closing date. Avoid inventing the center's former capacity, operating hours, release gate, property rules, or closure circumstances. None of those details was verified in the Kiowa research.

BOP and ICE systems concern different sovereigns and should appear in the timeline only when a specific transfer record identifies them.
When dates conflict, separate placement, transfer, projected release, parole eligibility, Board action, physical release, supervision start, and final discharge. Each can occur at a different time. Prefer ODOC's existing record for its own event and a filed court order for the judgment. Do not reverse-engineer a past release with today's credit rules, since class level, misconduct, achievements, sentence changes, restricted-credit status, and other factors may have affected the calculation.
A record correction also follows the custodian. Send ODOC the DOC number, disputed field, and supporting document, then ask for its correction process. A court issue goes to the clerk for the court that entered the order. Preserve both the original response and any correction. Do not state that an online item was fixed until the agency confirms the change.
